焦化废水回用转炉煤气洗涤水系统可行性研究

Feasibility studies on coking wastewater reuse for converter gas washing water systems

摘要:

将二级处理后的焦化废水直接回用于转炉煤气洗涤水,并通过絮凝和阻垢缓蚀试验,对回用的可行性进行了试验研究。试验表明,经恰当处理后,循环水浊度可降至60NTU以下,阻垢率和缓蚀率可分别达到99%和95.6%,腐蚀率小于0.078mm/a,可满足系统稳定运行的要求。

Abstract:

It is put forward that coking wastewater treated by secondary biotreatment is reused directly for converter gas washing water. The feasibility of reuse has been studied through the experiments of flocculation, scale and corrosion inhibition. The result shows that if it is treated properly, the turbidity of the circulating water can be decreased to 60 NTU, the scale and corrosion inhibition efficiency can be 99% and 95.6%, respectively, the corrosion rate is less than 0.078 mm/a. It is concluded that the coking wastewater can be reused for converter gas washing water systems.
