多元有机胺磺甲基化产物阻垢性能研究

Research on the scale inhibition performance of multi-element organic amine sulfomethylated products

摘要:

以亚硫酸钠、甲醛、乙二胺、二乙基三胺和三乙基四胺为原料, 经磺甲基化反应制得乙二胺四亚甲基磺酸盐(EDTS)、二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基磺酸盐(DTPS)、三亚乙基四胺六亚甲基磺酸盐(TTHS)。分别对它们的阻碳酸钙垢和磷酸钙垢的性能进行了研究, 对影响EDTS阻碳酸钙垢的几个主要因素作了初步考察。

Abstract:

Three kinds of sulfonate, i.e. ethylenediamine tetramethylene sulfonate and diethylenetriamine pentamethylene sulfonate and triethylenetetramine hexamethylene sulfonate, have been synthesized from sodium sulfite, formaldehyde, ethylenediamine,diethylenetriamine and triethylenetetramine. The tests on the inhibition of calcium carbonate scaling and calcium phosphate scaling have carried on respectively. The conditions of the main factors affecting EDTS on the inhibition of calcium carbonate scaling are investigated emphatically.
