印染废水处理新技术

摘要:

采用CSBR工艺处理印染废水,在平均进水水质CODCr,为1 200 mg/L,BOD5 350 mg/L,SS 200 mg/L,色度400倍时,其去除率分别为90%、94%、91%和85%,出水可达到国家《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—1992)二级排放标准。

关键词: 印染废水, CSBR工艺, 生物处理

Abstract:

CSBR technique is introduced for treating printing and dyeing wastewater.When the CODCr,BOD5,SS and chroma in effluent water are averagely 1 200 mg/L,350 mg/L,200 mg/L,400 times,respectively,the operation results indicate that the removal efficiencies are 90%,94%,91% and 85%,respectively.The results also show that the water quality of the effluent can meet the requirements of the Second Grade of Water Pollutants Discharge Standard of Textile,Trinting and Dyeing Industry(GB 4287-1992).
