采油污水回用注水伴采系统缓蚀阻垢剂研究

摘要:

针对辽河油田某采油厂采油污水回用注水伴采系统腐蚀结垢的严重情况,分析了注水伴采系统的水质及管道结垢成分,明确了其腐蚀结垢原因。复配适合于现场工况条件下的缓蚀阻垢剂,在药剂质量浓度40mg/L时,腐蚀速率为0.028mm/a,阻垢率>;95%,能同时实现对腐蚀与结垢的有效控制。动态模拟实验结果表明,该药剂投加剂量小,成本低,缓蚀阻垢效果优良,具有较好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:

Aiming at the serious fact of corrosion and scale problems of hot-water recovery system at a recycle plant in Liaohe Oil Field, the water quality and the scale in the pipeline of water drive recovery system have been analyzed and the causes of corrosion and scale have been made clear.The corrosion-scale inhibitor that is suitable for the locale status has been developed.According to the tests, when the concentration of the recombination inhibitor is 40 mg/L, the corrosion rate of the carbon steel in the test is 0.028 mm/a and the scale inhibition rate is >95%.It can also control corrosion and scale problems simultaneously and efficiently.The results of dynamic simulation tests in laboratory show that this inhibitor is characterized by small dosage, low cost, and excellent corrosion-scale inhibition efficiency, having good popularizing value.
