高硬度循环水结垢机理的实验研究

摘要:

在换热设备中普遍存在结垢现象,污垢的存在会降低生产效率、消耗燃料,从而造成巨大的经济损失。现有的化学清洗方法不仅污染环境,而且会大大降低设备的使用寿命。作者对结垢过程中硬度、温度、流速等参数的影响大小进行了实验研究,向人们揭示了高硬度循环水结垢过程中温度、硬度、流速等参数的影响,使人们对结垢机理有了深入的了解,这些实验数据将为接下来的抗垢实验研究打下坚实的基础。

Abstract:

Scaling phenomenon exists in heat exchangers here and there. It reduces production efficiency,consumes fuel, and therefore causes big economic loss. The present chemical cleaning measures not only pollute the environment, but also shorten the using lifetime of equipment. A lot of experimental tests with regard to the effect of parameters, such as hardness, temperature, velocity of flow, etc. in the scaling process have been conducted. Some significant results have been achieved. The understanding of scaling mechanism is deepened.All the data can provide a firm foundation for the consequent anti-scaling research.
