摘要:

以壳聚糖、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸乙酯季铵盐为原料通过三元聚合反应合成了壳聚糖接枝共聚高分子絮凝剂;采用自由基氧化-还原反应,选用过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,添加助剂A,得到最佳合成工艺为:引发剂用量为单体总量的0.3%、反应温度50~60℃、反应时间3~3.5h,EDTA-2Na的用量为300~350mg/L,助剂A的用量为400mg/L。

Abstract:

Chitosan graft ternary polymerization flocculants has been synthesized successfully with chitosan,acrylamide and ethyl acrylate quaternary ammonium salt (SMC). The ternary polymerization flocculants is also named chitosan acrylamide ethyl acrylate quaternary ammonium salt (CAS). Free radical oxidation reduction reaction is used. Ammonium peroxosulfuric acid and sodium hydrogen sulfite are used as initiators. Add assistant A in. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: initiator dosage is 0.3% of the total monomers,reactions temperature 50~60 ℃, reaction time 3 to 3.5, EDTA 2Na dosage 300-350 mg/L, and assistant A dosage 400 mg/L.
