内循环厌氧反应器的启动研究

摘要:

内循环( IC )反应器的启动控制较复杂,控制因素与水质条件密切相关。 总结了郑州大学实际工程经验,对不同水质条件下 IC 反应器的启动进行了比较、讨论。 启动结果表明:金霉素废水和酒精废水采用的初始 COD 污泥负荷分别为 0.050 、 0.075 kg/ ( kg · d ),每周分别将负荷提高到上一周的 1.118 、 1.230 倍,分别经过 168 、 112 d 完成启动,启动完成后 COD 容积负荷分别达到 5.02 、 11.48 kg/ ( m3 · d ), COD 去除率分别达到 80% 、 95% 。

Abstract:

The start-up of internal circulation ( IC ) reactor is complicated, and the controlling factors are closely related to water quality. The experiences based on the real projects done by Zhengzhou University are summarized, and the starts-up of IC reactor made by using wastewater with different water quality are compared and discussed. The start-up demonstrates that the initial COD sludge load adopted for the aureomycin wastewater and alcohol wastewater are 0.05, 0.075 kg/ ( kg · d ) respectively. The load increases 1.118, 1.230 times a week.The starts-up will be completed after 168, 112 d respectively, and the final COD volume load reaches 5.02,11.48 kg/ ( m3· d ) respectively and the COD removal rate reaches 80% and 95% respectively.
