PAM/蒙脱土纳米复合絮凝剂的制备及性能

Preparation and application of polyacrylamide modified montmorillonite nano-composite flocculant

摘要:

用二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵改性得到的蒙脱土和丙烯酰胺,采用原位插层聚合方式,制备了具有部分插层和部分剥离型结构的纳米复合絮凝剂PAM/MMT。用该絮凝剂与混凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)结合处理模拟活性染料K-GL废水,研究了药剂用量、染料浓度和pH对处理效果的影响。结果表明:PAC-PAM/MMT絮凝体系的脱色率和沉降速率均优于PAC-PAM体系,且在PAC、PAM/MMT的质量浓度分别为400、10mg/L时,其脱色率可达99.8%;前者在处理低浓度活性染料废水时更具优势并显示出更低的pH敏感性。

Abstract:

The nano-composite flocculant namely PAM/MMT has been prepared by polymerization using acrylamide monomer and Na+-montmorillonite modified by in-situ intercalation with dimethyldiallylammonium chloride. This flocculant combining with coagulant polyaluminum chloride(PAC) is used for treating simulated active dyestuff(KGL) wastewater. The effects of the dosages of coagulant and flocculant, different dye concentrations and pH on the treatment efficiency are studied. Experimental results show that PAC-PAM/MMT flocculation system is better than PAC-PAM system both on decolorization rate and settlement velocity, and the decolorization rate of 99.8% is obtained when the dosages of PAC and PAM/MMT are 400 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively. The PAC-PAM/MMT flocculation system presents more advantages as dealing with active dye wastewater with lower concentration and lower sensitivity of pH.
