改性壳聚糖类絮凝剂的合成及性能评价

Synthesis and evaluation of modified chitosan flocculant

摘要: 研究合成了一种新型改性壳聚糖类絮凝剂(M-CTS),对其进行了红外光谱表征;对比评价了M-CTS、聚铝及阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺对油质量浓度为2 600 mg/L、悬浮物质量浓度为275 mg/L的某气田含醇污水的除油、除悬浮物效果,结果表明,加药量为600 mg/L时,M-CTS除油率达到90%以上,悬浮物质量浓度降至100 mg/L以下;同时,对加入M-CTS后污水的絮凝动态过程、絮体SEM表面形貌及Zeta电位进行了分析,推断其去除水中污染物质的作用机理不是电中和,其具有一定的破乳作用,且主要是通过桥连作用进行絮凝。

Abstract: A novel modified chitosan reverse demulsifier(M-CTS) was synthesized,and characterized by infrared spectrum. Then we compared the effects of M-CTS,polyaluminum and cationic polyacrylamide on removals of oil and suspension from the sewage containing methanol with an oil content of 2 600 mg/L and suspended solid content of 275 mg/L. The experimental results showed that when the dosage was 600 mg/L,the oil removal rate of M-CTS reached over 90%,and the suspended matter content fell below 100 mg/L. Meanwhile,the demulsification dynamic process, the SEM surface morphology and the zeta potential change were analyzed in the sewage treatment process by adding M-CTS. Results indicate that the mechanism for removing pollutants from water is not electrical neutralization,and it has a certain degree of demulsification,which mainly flocculates by bridging action.
