ZVI类Fenton-混凝同步去除印染废水中苯胺、Cr6+、锑

Simultaneous removal of aniline,hexavalent chromium and antimony in textile wastewater by Fenton-like process

摘要: 采用零价铁类Fenton-混凝法同步去除印染废水中的苯胺类物质、Cr6+、锑。通过正交实验和单因素实验确定了初始pH、铁刨花投加量、H2O2投加量、反应时间对苯胺类物质、Cr6+、锑去除效果的影响。结果表明,在初始pH为3.0,铁刨花投加量为0.2 g/mL,H2O2投加量为1.0 mL/L,反应时间为4 h的最佳反应条件下,苯胺类物质、Cr6+、锑的去除率分别可达85%、99%、89%以上,均可达到现行排放标准GB 4287—2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》。

Abstract: In this paper,zero-valent iron combined with H2O2 was applied to simultaneously remove aniline,hexavalent chromium and antimony in textile wastewater. The influencing factors,including initial pH,iron filings dosage, hydrogen peroxide dosage,and reaction time were investigated through orthogonal experiments and single-factor experiments. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows,reaction time was 4 h,pH was 3.0,iron filings dosage was 0.2 g/mL,and hydrogen peroxide dosage was 1.0 mL/L. The removal rates of aniline,hexavalent chromium and antimony reached more than 85%,99% and 89%,respectively,which could meet the discharge standards of Wastewater Pollutants Discharge Standard for Textile Printing Industry(GB 4287-2012).
