摘要:
针对典型的东北水库水,采用高锰酸盐复合药剂(PPC)进行了强化除色的初步试验研究。对水厂中的两个投加点进行了最佳投药量的试验,确定了最佳投加方式为PPC和混凝剂同时投加,PPC最佳投加质量浓度为0.5~1.5 mg/L。在此条件下,可以提高色度、浊度和CODMn的去除率。表明PPC可以有效地解决色度超标问题。采用PPC替代原来的助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺,不但可以解决技术上的难题,同时还具有经济效益。

Abstract:
Potassium permanganate complex (PPC) has been used for tests increasing decoloration capacity for the typical raw water in Northeast China Reservoir.The optimum dosing test is carried through for the two possible dosing points of the water plant.The optimum dosing mode is adding the coagulant at the same time.The optimum dosage of 0.5-1.5 mg/L is determined.Under this condition,the PPC can increase the removal rates of chroma,turbidity and CODMn .The results show that PPC can be used for substituting the original coagulant aids,polyacrylamide,efficiently.And,thus,this substitute can not only solve the technical problem,but is cost saving.
