选矿浊环水水质净化及阻垢技术研究

Research on the water purification and scale inhibiting techniques of turbid circulating water in ore-dressing

摘要:

长期以来选矿浊环水系统的供水管道和强磁选机齿板都存在不同程度的结垢现象, 结垢物质地坚硬, 用传统的清理方法难以去除,目前齿板结垢问题已经制约选矿综精质量和产能。通过系统结垢原因分析,将实验室 水质净化试验、阻垢模拟试验及工业试验的结果,应用于生产,达到了改善循环水质,防止系统结垢的目的。

Abstract:

Scaling phenomena of the water supply pipeline and the gear rack of high-intensity magnetic separator is a perennial problem in the turbid circulating water system in the ore-dressing plant of Jiuquan Iron & Steel Group. The scale is very hard and difficult to remove by traditional cleaning method. The above scaling problem has already affected the quality and producing capacity of ore-dressing. Experiments of water purification and scale inhibition have been carried out in bench-scale and full-scale on the basis of analysis of the scale formation factors. A promising water purification and scale inhibition process are developed and the application results show that the process is effective to improve the water quality and inhibit the scale formation.
