摘要:

二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)是一种用途广泛的水溶性阳离子单体,一般市售的DMDAAC 工业 化产品中都不同程度含有二甲胺及其盐、叔胺及其盐、烯丙基氯、烯丙基醇、烯丙基醛、氯化钠等杂质,影响到DMDAAC 的聚合活性。研究一种通过蒸汽减压蒸馏,用无机酸做吸收液,从而测定DMDAAC 中有机胺杂质含量的方 法。该测定方法简单易行,测定结果具有较好的平行性和可比性,可用于DMDAAC 产品质量的比较。

Abstract:

Dimethyldiallyammonium chloride(DMDAAC) is a kind of water-soluble cationic monomer, having wide usage. Different extents of impurities, such as, dimethylamine, tertiary amine and their salts, allyl chloride, allyl alcohol, allyl aldehyde and sodium chloride are contained in its commercial product. The polymerization activity of DMDAAC can be affected by these impurities. The determination of the organic amine impurity contents is developed by means of using vapor pressure reduction distillation process and inorganic acid absorbent. The result indicates that this is a simple and easy method, and has good parallelism and comparability. It also can be used for comparing the quality of the DMDAAC product.
