Process design for the wastewater treatment of chlortetracycline hydrochloride production

摘要:

采用厌氧+A/O+羟基氧化工艺处理盐酸金霉素废水,其对该废水的色度、SS、CODCr、BOD、氨氮、磷酸盐去除 率分别为96%、97%、99%、99%、99%、98%,并且出水各项指标均符合GB 8978—1996 一级排放标准。

Abstract:

Chlortetracycline hydrochloride wastewater has been treated by anaerobic -A/O- hydroxyl oxidation process. The removal rates of chroma,SS,CODCr,BOD,NH3-N,PO4 3- of the treated effluent are 96%,97%,99%, 99%,99%,98%, respectively. All the indexes of the effluent accord with the first class discharge standard of GB 8978—1996.
