摘要:
针对军队对核放射废水处理的特殊要求,开发出了适合军队特殊要求的真空蒸发浓缩工艺技术及装置,可有效削减核放射废水的排放量。废水经该装置处理后,可排放至周围环境,处理后的水可作为战时的生活用水。该装置的工作原理是利用真空状态下水的沸点低于常压时的特点,通过较简单的真空蒸馏过程来除去水中的杂质,汽化后的水蒸气经冷凝后变成液态水。并对真空蒸发浓缩装置进行了净化处理放射性废水的处理效率测试,证明该装置运行稳定可靠,出水水质均满足国标、军标有关放射性废水排放标准。

Abstract:

Anhui Vocational and Technical College,Hefei 230051,China) According to the special requirement raised by Chinese Army,the vacuum evaporating technology and device which could meet the special requirement have been developed. The amount of wastewater could be reduced greatly after being treated by using this kind of device,and the treated wastewater could be discharged into the surrounding environment directly,and it also could be used as domestic water during wartime. The working principle of this device is that the impurities in wastewater shall be removed by using simple vacuum process,which bases on the following theory:the boiling point of water is lower in vacuum status than that under normal pressure. The steam after being gasified and condensed turns into water in liquid phase. The treating efficiency test is conducted to the vacuum evaporating condensation equipment for purifying the radioactive wastewater. The experiments show that the device has high operation reliability and stability,and the treated water quality could meet the requirements of both Chinese Army and national discharging standard of radioactive wastewater.
