摘要:

开发了一种用于阻垢剂性能评价的新型极限碳酸盐硬度测定仪及评价方法,对5种常用阻垢剂的评价结果和静态容量瓶法及浓缩法评价结果相比性能优劣趋势相同,均为PBTCA>ATMP>HEDP>YSW-301>T-225;极限碳酸盐硬度测定仪的最佳评价温度为70℃;当达到极限碳酸盐硬度时,水样的pH将突降,电导率变化趋于平缓。

Abstract:

A new type of utmost carbonate hardness measuring instrument has been developed and its evaluationmethod has been studied. The results show that the performance of the five kinds of scale inhibitors evaluated bythe instrument is almost the same as that evaluated by static flask method and concentration method. Thesequence of the inhibition performance is PBTCA >ATMP >HEDP >YSW-301 >T -225. The optimal evaluationtemperature of the utmost carbonate hardness measurement instrument is 70 ℃. When the utmost carbonatehardness has been got in the experimental solution, the pH of the water sample decreases suddenly and theconductance appears steady.
