摘要:
干法腈纶废水处理是废水处理上的一大难题,由于其生化性差,难生物降解物质含量高,直接影响废水的达标排放.根据该水质特征,选用了先进的前处理技术"过电位三维电解技术"和"美境高效复合微生物菌种"组成"混凝—过电位三维电解—兼氧—好氧"工艺对其进行处理试验,并取得了较满意的效果.COD从1585mg/L降到95mg/L,去除率为94.0%,NH3-N从65mg/L降到2mg/L,去除率为96.9%,出水达到国家一级排放标准.

Abstract:
The treatment of dry-spun acrylic fibre wastewater is a big problem in the wastewater treatment field,mainly because of its poor biodegradability.It contains many refractory biodegradable materials,and this directly affects the discharge standard of wastewater.According to the water quality,the advanced technology of “coagulation - the potential three-dimensional electrolysis-facultative aerobic- aerobic” composed of advanced pretreatment technique which is “the potential three-dimensional electrolysis technology” and “Meijing efficient compound microbial strains” have been studied,and satisfactory results finally is achieved.The COD reduces from 1 585 mg/L to 95 mg/L,and its removal rate is 94.0%. NH3-N drops from 65 mg/L to 2 mg/L,its removal rate is 96.9%. The effluent accords with the first grade of national discharge standards.
