山梨酸生产废水的生物处理研究

摘要:

根据山梨酸生产废水色度高、可生化性较差的特点,作者采用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)—序批式好氧反应器(SBR)—混凝—微滤组合工艺对其进行处理.试验结果表明:将原水稀释至色度为500倍、CODCr为5000mg/L,经其处理后,最终出水色度<20倍,CODCr<300mg/L,达到《污水综合排放标准》行业二级排放标准.

Abstract:

The wastewater from sorbic acid production is characterized by high chroma and low biodegradability.The combined process of ABR-SBR-coagulation-microfiltration has been used for treating the wastewater from sorbic acid production.The result shows that when chroma of the original wastewater is diluted about 500 times,and its CODCr is about 5 000 mg/L as the influent water of ABR,the chroma of effluent water could be reduced to less than 20 times and CODCr to less than 300 mg/L.It could meet the Second Grade of the National Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
