混合炸药废水的厌氧生化可降解性研究

Research on the anaerobic biodegradability of the mixed explosive wastewater

摘要:

结合火炸药工业生产的工艺特点,针对混合炸药废水的特性,进行了混合炸药废水的厌氧生化可降解性研究。研究结果表明:废水中N、P含量能够满足厌氧微生物的生长需要;COD的去除率为80.1%,厌氧生物可降解性为85.3%,pH的变化也能达到厌氧反应器正常运行的要求;废水中有毒物质的整体毒性抑制作用为26.1%,属于代谢毒素,微生物通过驯化可以适应。实验表明,混合炸药废水具有良好的厌氧生化可降解性,用厌氧生物法处理火炸药废水切实可行。

Abstract:

Anaerobic biodegradability and general characteristics of the wastewater from explosive production were studied,the results showed that N and P contents in the explosive wastewater can met the growth requirements of anaerobic micro-organisms,respectively.During the experiment of anaerobic biodegradability,the COD removal rate reached 80.1%,anaerobic biodegradability was 85.3%,the pH also met the requirements of anaerobic reactor under the normal operations.The overall inhibitation of explosive wastewater containing some toxic substances was 26.1% and was low toxicity for the aerobic microbes.So this mixed explosive wastewater had a good anaerobic biodegradability,and it was a practicable method for explosive wastewater with anaerobic treatment
