摘要:
分别采用兼氧/好氧工艺和好氧工艺对苯酚丙酮废水进行生物处理研究。该废水具有高盐分、高有机物浓度、低pH的特点,进水CODCr约1 187 mg/L。监测结果表明,使用兼氧/好氧工艺处理,兼氧槽出水平CODCr为1 021 mg/L,CODCr降低20.9%,而BOD5则升高11.9%,B/C升高了41.5%。这说明经过兼氧槽处理后,废水的可生化性进一步提高。再经过好氧槽处理,最终出水平均CODCr为63.0 mg/L。但仅采用好氧工艺的好氧槽出水平均CODCr为75.2 mg/L。实践证明采用生物处理工艺处理苯酚苯酮废水,出水可达《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级排放标准。

Abstract:
Phenol acetone wastewater biological treatment has been studied by facultative anaerobic/aerobic technology and aerobic technology respectively.This wastewater is characterized by high salt,high concentrations of organic matter and low pH. The CODCr of influent wastewater is about 1 187 mg/L. Monitoring results show that after facultative anaerobic/aerobic treatment, the average CODCr of effluent wastewater from facultative anaerobic tank is 1 021 mg/L. Eventually, the CODCr from facultative anaerobic tank decreases 20.9%, but BOD5 increases 11.9%,B/C ratio increases 41.5% higher. This shows that through the treatment in facultative anaerobic tank,wastewater biodegradability is further increased. After being treated in the aerobic tank again, the final average effluent CODCr is 63.0 mg/L. However, if only the aerobic treatment technology is used, the average effluent CODCr is 75.2 mg/L. Practice has proved that the wastewater treated by biological treatment technology, the effluent reaches the First Grade of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).
