Evaluation of the novel RO membrane scale inhibitor, YSM-12

摘要:

采用静态阻垢评价法和动态阻垢评价法分别对新型反渗透膜阻垢剂YSM-12进行了阻垢性能评价。静态评价结果表明,当YSM-12的质量浓度为12 mg/L时,其对CaCO3的阻垢率达到64.3%,优于相同浓度国外药剂PTP0100的52.3%;对CaSO4的阻垢率为64.5%,远远高于PTP0100的1.8%。动态评价结果表明,当YSM-12的质量浓度分别为2、3、4 mg/L时,其维持水通量不变的时间分别为42、50、80h;而相同条件下PTP0100维持水通量不变的时间仅为0、6、10 h。

Abstract:

The scale inhibition capacity of the novel RO membrane scale inhibitor, YSM-12 has been evaluated by static and dynamic evaluation methods. The static evaluation results show that the CaCO3 inhibition rate of YSM-12 is 64.3%, when the dosage is 12 mg/L. It is superior to that of an imported scale inhibitor, PTP0100, whose CaCO3 inhibition rate is 52.3%. The CaSO4 inhibition rate of YSM-12 reaches 64.5%, which is much better than 1.8% of PTP0100. The dynamic evaluation results show that the permeate flow rate could be maintained by YSM-12 for 42,50,80 h, when the dosage is 2, 3,4 mg/L respectively. But the time quantum obtained by PTP0100 is only 0, 6,10h under the same condition.
