改性钛白废渣对选矿废水中硫化物的去除

Removal of sulfide from mineral processing wastewater with modified titanium dioxide residue

摘要:

采用改性钛白废渣去除选矿废水中的硫化物,探讨了改性钛白废渣的投加量、反应时间、pH等因素对选矿废水中硫化物去除效果的影响,通过正交试验得到了改性钛白废渣处理选矿废水的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:对S2-质量浓度为3.58 mg/L、pH为8.2的选矿外排废水,在常温条件下加入1.0 g/L的改性钛白废渣,充分搅拌40 min后,S2-的质量浓度可降到0.24 mg/L,去除率可达到93.3%。

Abstract:

The influential factors of removing sulfide from mineral processing wastewater with modified titanium dioxide residue,such as dosage,reaction time,pH,etc. have been investigated and the optimum process conditions are attained by means of orthogonal test. The results show that the removal rate can reach 93.3%,after 1.0 g/L of modified titanium dioxide residue is added to the mineral processing wastewater whose mass concentration of S2- is 3.58 mg/L,and pH is 8.2 at ordinary temperature,being stirred thoroughly for 40 min.
