IC-MBR处理马铃薯淀粉废水的试验研究

Tentative study on the treatment of potato starch wastewater by IC-MBR process

摘要:

采用在15~25℃低温下运行的厌氧内循环反应器(IC)与MBR联用工艺处理马铃薯淀粉生产废水,对反应器的运行效果以及影响反应器处理效果的因素进行了研究。结果表明:IC反应器最经济有效的HRT为5 h,最佳COD负荷为23.62 kg/(m3.d),MBR反应器最佳DO为4 mg/L,最佳HRT为8 h,操作压力为16.4 kPa左右时,IC-MBR系统出水COD在55mg/L以下。

Abstract:

An IC-MBR combined process has been used for treating potato starch wastewater at low temperature condition. The running efficiency of the reactor and the factors having influence on the treatment efficiency are studied. The results show that the most economical and effective HRT of IC reactor is 5 h,the best COD volume load of the reactor is 23.62 kg/(m3·d). About the MBR reactor,its best DO is 4 mg/L,the best HRT is 8 h,and the operating pressure is about 16.4 kPa. Under these conditions,the effluent COD in IC-MBR is less than 55 mg/L.
