摘要:

固定化包埋技术是通过物理或化学手段,将游离细胞或酶定位于限定的空间区域内,使其保持活性并可重复利用。该技术具有生物流失量少、生物密度高、反应迅速且容易控制等优点。从微污染水源水净化、污水处理和受污染地表水生态修复等方面阐述了固定化包埋技术在水处理领域的研究进展和应用现状,并提出未来需要着力解决的若干问题。

Abstract:

The immobilization technology by entrapping method,through physical or chemical methods, immobilizes dissociating cells or enzymes inside the restricted areas and keeps their activity and reusability. Immobilization technology has the advantages of less loss of microorganism,high concentration of microorganisms,fast reaction, and could be controlled easily. The latest research progress and application status on immobilization technology by entrapping method are introduced from slightly polluted source water clean-up,wastewater treatment and polluted surface water ecological restoration, and the main problems to be solved are proposed.
