膜滤浓缩液处理技术研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of membrane filtration concentrate

摘要:

随着膜分离技术在污水深度处理中的应用越来越广泛,膜滤浓缩液处理技术已成为企业迫切的现实需求。介绍了膜滤浓缩液的水质特征,总结了国内外膜滤浓缩液处理技术的研究现状,对该技术的未来发展趋势进行了评析。指出高级氧化-生化组合技术能够经济、高效地实现有机物的降解,各种膜分离技术有望成为脱盐工艺未来的发展方向。膜滤浓缩液处理技术可以大幅提高产水率,对于实现污水零排放具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Due to the extensive application of membrane separation to advanced wastewater treatment,membrane concentrate treatment technologies have become an urgent need for the industries. The characteristics of water quality are presented,the research status of membrane concentrate treatment technologies are summarized,and its developing trends are analyzed. It is proposed that organic degradation can be achieved effectively and economically by the utilization of advanced oxidation process (AOP) combined with biological process, while several membrane separation technologies are likely to be dominant means among the desalination processes. Anyway, the treatment of membrane filtration concentrate is remarkably helpful to improve the water productivity,and,therefore,is significant for to realize zero emission.
