环烷基咪唑啉季铵盐杀菌机理的初步探讨

Preliminary discussion on the bactericidal mechanism of naphthenic imidazolinyl-quaternary-ammonium-salt

摘要:

为探讨环烷基咪唑啉季铵盐药剂的杀菌机理,先后进行了体外抑菌实验及其与DNA相互作用的实验等。结果表明,该药剂具有较广谱的杀菌抑菌作用,检品小白鼠一次灌胃LD50为3.07 g/kg,其与DNA相互作用后体系的共振光散射(RLS)强度明显增强,且RLS强度随DNA浓度的增大而增强。其主要杀菌机理是:环烷基咪唑啉季铵盐与DNA结合,引起DNA突变,从而导致细菌死亡。

Abstract:

To explore the bactericidal mechanism of naphthenic imidazolinyl-quaternary-ammonium-salt (NIS),experiments on antibacterial test in vitro and interaction between NIS and DNA have been conducted successively.The results show that NIS has a broad spectrum of bactericidal and antimicrobial effect. With a mouse gavage LD50 3.07 g/kg,the interaction between NIS and DNA can enhance the intensities of resonance light scattering (RLS)significantly,and the RLS intensity is increased with the increase of DNA concentration. The bactericidal mechanism is mainly involved in the combination of NIS with DNA,which causes DNA mutations and finally results in bacterial death.
