钙盐沉淀法处理草甘膦母液的试验研究

Experimental study on the treatment of glyphosate mother liquor by calcium precipitation

摘要:

甘氨酸法合成草甘膦的过程中会产生草甘膦母液, 对采用钙盐沉淀法处理草甘膦母液进行了单因素试验研究。试验结果表明:钙盐投加量、沉淀pH、搅拌时间、搅拌速度、静置时间等对沉淀反应均有影响。当钙盐投加质量浓度为0.06 kg/L, 沉淀母液pH=9, 搅拌时间为1.0 min, 搅拌速度为150 r/min, 静置时间为40 min时, 母液中的TOC、草甘膦、亚磷酸根的去除率最高, 分别为83.4%、78.7%、80.6%。试验中产生的沉渣加入盐酸可完全溶解, 用阳离子交换树脂可回收溶液中的钙离子, 处理后溶液富含草甘膦, 可进一步资源化利用。

Abstract:

The glyphosate mother liquor was produced in the process of synthesis of glyphosate by glycine method.Monofactorial experiments on the treatment of glyphosate mother liquor have been carried out by calciumprecipitation. The results show that: calcium dosage, precipitating pH, stirring time, stirring speed and setting timehave influence on the precipitation reaction. When the calcium dosage is 0.06 kg/L, precipitating pH=9, stirringtime=1.0 min, stirring speed =150 r/min, and setting time=40 min, the removal rates of TOC, glyphosate andhypophosphite can reach 83.4%, 78.7% and 80.6%, respectively. The sludge generated in the experiment could bedissolved by adding HCl. Calcium ions in the solution can be recovered by cation exchange resin. Then the solution, which is rich in glyphosate, can be utilized as resource.
