Effect of sequencing batch reactor structures on the shapes of aerobic granular sludge and kinetics analysis

摘要:

采用屠宰废水酸化池出水, 在高径比分别为11.1和1.2的SBR反应器(编号分别为R1和R2)中培养好氧颗粒污泥(AGS), 考察了AGS的形成过程及其对COD的去除效果。结果表明, R1反应器运行29 d形成了圆形AGS, R2反应器运行44 d形成了圆柱状AGS, 并且形成过程具有反复性。当圆形AGS粒径为2 mm, 纵横比接近1, MLSS为6 000 mg/L时, COD去除率达95%;当圆柱形AGS长为6 mm, 纵横比为5, MLSS为5 166 mg/L时, COD去除率为93%。对不同形态颗粒污泥形成的水力条件进行了初步分析。

Abstract:

Using the effluent from slaughterhouse wastewater acidification pool, the aerobic granular sludge (AGS)has been cultured in sequencing batch reactors(SBR), whose ratio of height and diameter are 11.2 and 1.2 (numberedas R1 and R2). The forming process of AGS and its effect on COD removal efficiency are investigated. The resultsshow that R1 reactor running for 29 d forms round AGS, and R2 reactor running for 44 d forms cylindrical AGSwith repetitive forming process. When the average particle size of round AGS is 2 mm, aspect ratio is close to 1, andMLSS=6 000 mg/L, the COD removal rate reaches 95%, while the length of the cylindrical AGS is 6 mm, aspect ratiois up to 5, and MLSS=5 166 mg/L, the COD removal rate reaches 93%. The hydrodynamic conditions for the formationof aerobic granular sludge in different shapes are also analyzed preliminarily.
