摘要:
以铝塑分离制得的铝箔为原料制备聚合氯化铝絮凝剂。用盐酸将铝箔溶解, 在加热和搅拌的条件下逐滴加入氢氧化钠溶液, 通过正交实验得出最优工艺条件为:在5 g铝箔中, 2 mol/L NaOH溶液加入量为110 mL, 反应温度为100℃, 搅拌强度为600 r/min, 反应时间为3.0 h。对产品进行絮凝实验, 处理浊度为49.70 NTU的污水, 在聚合氯化铝的最佳投入量为0.1 mL/L、絮凝时间为60 min的条件下, 处理后出水的剩余浊度约为2.62 NTU, 去浊率达94.7%。

Abstract:
Polyaluminum chloride(PAC) has been made from aluminum foil by the process of separating aluminumand plastic. Aluminum foil (5g) is to be dissolved with hydrochloric acid. Under heating and stirring conditions, sodium hydroxide solution is added drop by drop. By orthogonal test, the optimum process conditions are obtained asfollows:the dosage of sodium hydroxide solution (2mol/L) is 110 mL, reaction temperature 100℃, stirring intensity 600 r/min, reaction time 3 h. Through flocculation experiments of the product, the sewage having a turbidity of49.70 NTU is processed. The optimum PAC input is 0.1 mL/L, flocculation time 60 min, residual turbidity about 2.62 NTU, turbidity removal rate 94.7%.
