双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵活性物含量的紫外-可见光度法测定

UV-vis spectrophotometric determination of dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride content

摘要:

采用紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)法,通过实验获得了甲基橙(MO)与双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵(DDAC)相互作用、在415 nm附近产生的一个新的强吸收峰。运用该结果对作为表面活性剂、水处理杀菌剂的DDAC样品进行了活性物含量的无有机溶剂萃取、水相直接可见光度法测定。结果表明,该方法的标准曲线线性回归的相关性好、区间宽,实验操作简便、快速,实验结果的相对标准偏差、测定均值相对误差均显著好于四苯硼钠化学滴定法。

Abstract:

By means of UV-vis Spectroscopy,a new strong absorption peak at 415 nm resulting from interaction between dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(DDAC) and methyl orange(MO) has been investigated.Direct UV-vis spectrophotometric determination in water-phase free of organic extraction of active matter content of the sample DDAC available for wide use of surfactant and water-treatment is carried out.The experimental results demonstrate that the suggested method has advantages,such as high relativity of standard curve linear regression,wide interval,easy and prompt operation.The relative standard derivation and determined typical value relative derivation of the results are both better than that of sodium tetraphenylborate titration method.
