氮肥厂含氨废水的生物脱氮研究

Study on the biological denitrification of ammonia-containing wastewater from the nitrogenous fertilizer plants

摘要:

采用富集驯化的亚硝酸菌和亚硝酸型反硝化菌对氮肥厂高氨氮废水进行处理。考察了pH的变化特征,研究了进水氨氮负荷对硝化效果的影响。实验结果表明,硝化菌能够耐受高pH废水并能高效脱氮,氨氮去除速率最高达36.07mg/(L.h);连续运行时水力停留时间24h,进水NH3-N负荷在0.387~0.667kg/(m3.d)范围内,稳定运行后硝化出水氨氮去除率大于97%,亚硝化率为80%左右,总氮去除率达90%以上。

Abstract:

The high ammonia nitrogen wastewater from nitrogenous fertilizer plants has been treated by enriched and cultured nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria.The changing characteristics of pH is investigated in batch culture experiments,and the effects of NH3-N loading on the nitration result are studied.The results show that nitrifying bacteria can adapt to high pH wastewater and remove NH3-N efficiently.Its highest NH3-N removing rate is 36.07 mg/(L·h),when it runs continuously,the HRT of nitrification is 24 h,influent NH3-N loading is between 0.387-0.667 kg/(m3·d).The ammonia-nitrogen removing rate is higher than 97% after the system has been operated stably,the nitrification rate is about 80% and total nitrogen removing rate is higher than 90%.
