高含盐量难降解清淤减容沥出液预处理工艺研究

Research on the pretreatment of high salt-bearing and poor biodegradable sediment leachate

摘要:

针对高含盐难降解清淤减容沥出液预处理工艺进行研究,考察了3种预处理工艺对COD的去除效果及对沥出液B/C的改善性能。结果表明,以臭氧-水解酸化对清淤减容沥出液进行预处理,出水B/C提高至0.42,满足后续生物处理的要求,处理成本仅为0.128元/t,具有较好的经济性和推广价值。

Abstract:

In order to effectively treat the high salt-bearing and poor biodegradable sediment leachate,three kinds of pretreatment processes have been investigated with respect to the COD removing efficacy and biodegradability improvement.The results show that after the sediment leachate has been pretreated by ozone-hydrolysis acidification process,its effluent B/C can be increased to 0.42,meeting the demands for subsequent biological treatment.The ozone -hydrolysis acidification combined process costs only 0.128 CNY/t,having pretty good economic and promotion values.
