摘要:

根据高频电磁场阻垢技术要求,设计了功率较大的高频电磁阻垢机,共4通道,每通道输出功率100 W,输出频率0~10 MHz连续可调,工作温度最高可达200℃。基于FPGA的SOPC嵌入式技术,开发设计了高频电磁阻垢机的控制系统,包括控制触摸屏显示和高频信号产生等多种功能。经过调试和现场使用,阻垢机达到了良好的阻垢效果及智能化产品的使用效果,可作为以后这类设备的更新换代产品。

Abstract:

According to the technical requirements of high-frequency electromagnetic field scale inhibition,the high-powered and high-frequency electromagnetic scale inhibitor has been designed.It consists of four channels whose output power is 100 W per channel,output frequency 10 MHz continuously adjustable,and working temperature up to 200 ℃.Based on the SOPC embedded technology of FPGA,the control system of high-frequency electromagnetic scale inhibitor,including various functions,such as control touch screen display and high-frequency signal generation,has been developed and designed.After debugging and on-site use,good efficacy of scale inhibition and application efficacy of intellectualized products are obtained.It can be used as upgrading products of such equipment in the future.
