低温下包埋固定化颗粒强化SBR系统硝化性能的研究

Enhancing nitrification performance by embedded immobilized granules in SBR at low temperature

摘要:

采用2 个序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR)(Ⅰ、Ⅱ),于(9±2) ℃条件下,向Ⅰ号反应器投加驯化的包埋固定化颗粒,考察两反应器对氨氮、有机物等的去除效果及其活性污泥性状。结果表明:在实验条件下,向Ⅰ号反应器投加包埋颗粒体积占反应器体积3%时,Ⅰ、Ⅱ号反应器出水氨氮平均质量浓度分别为6.66、11.47 mg/L,出水有机物平均质量浓度分别为26、31 mg/L,污泥比好氧速率分别为4.606 7、4.509 3 mg/(g·h);Ⅰ号反应器内活性污泥性状不受投加包埋颗粒的影响。

Abstract:

Two sequencing batch activated sludge reactors (SBR) (Ⅰ、Ⅱ ) have been set up at low temperature.Acclimated embedded immobilized granules are added to Reactor Ⅰ at (9±2) ℃. The removing efficiencies of thetwo reactors on the ammonia nitrogen and organisms and activated sludge characteristics are investigated. The results show that when the volume of entrapping immobilized granules added is 3% of the volume of Reactor Ⅰ,the mass concentration of average effluent ammonia nitrogen in ReactorⅠis 6.66 mg/L and that in Reactor Ⅱ is 11.47 mg/L. The mass concentration of average effluent organisms are 26 mg/L(Ⅰ) and 31 mg/L(Ⅱ),respectively. The specific oxygen uptake rate is 4.606 7,4.509 3 mg/(g·h). The characters of activated sludge in Reactor Ⅰ is not affected by adding embedded granules.
