阳离子交换膜化学反应器去除铜离子的研究

Study on copper ion removal from water via an ion-exchange membrane chemical reactor

摘要:

将离子交换膜分离装置与化学反应器结合构成离子交换膜化学反应器,并对含铜离子废水进行处理,研究结果表明:化学反应器能将从受体池进入化学反应器的铜离子沉淀下来,而含有高浓度补偿离子钾离子的溶液则全部回流到受体池,节约了药剂及水的成本。该技术具有能耗低、操作简单、无二次污染等优点。

Abstract:

The ion exchange membrane separation device has been combined with the chemical reactor for constructing the ion exchange membrane chemical reactor and for treating copper ions. The following results show that the chemical reactor can make the copper ions,which came from the receptor pool and went into the chemical reactor,participate,and the solution containing high-concentration compensation potassium ions all reflows back to the receptor pool,saving the costs of water and chemicals. The technology has the advantages of low energy consumption,simple operation and no secondary pollution.
