摘要:
染料废水是一类典型的难降解工业废水,对传统生物处理技术提出了挑战。真菌和细菌联合处理技术是一项新兴的污水生物处理技术,结合了细菌和真菌各自在有机物分解过程中的优势。通过真菌对有机物的降解机理及其酶系,分析了利用真菌和细菌联合处理有机污染物的机理,在此基础上综述了利用真菌和细菌联合处理染料废水的研究进展,并指出了今后的相关研究方向及该项技术的应用前景。

Abstract:
Dyestuff-containing wastewater is a kind of typical refractory industrial wastewater,which is a challenge to traditional biological processes. The biological treatment process with the combination of fungi and bacteria is a novel technique combining the advantages of both fungi and bacteria in the decomposition course of organisms. The mechanisms of using fungi and bacteria for the combined treatment of organic pollutants are analyzed,according to the organic matter degradation mechanism by using fungi and its enzyme system. Based on the above explanation, the research progress in the combined treatment of dye wastewater by using fungi and bacteria is reviewed. The related research direction and its application prospect of this technique in the future are pointed out.
