摘要:

随着超滤膜离线清洗技术的进步及降低真空超滤膜运行成本的要求,企业由传统的定期更换超滤膜模式逐步向离线清洗复苏过渡.对炼化企业污水回用中超滤膜的污染物种类、含量、分配情况进行理化分析和综合评价,设计出不损伤膜丝的清洗技术方案并进行应用,取得明显的清洗效果.

关键词: 含油污水, 超滤膜, 离线清洗

Abstract:

With the development of ultrafiltration membrane off-line cleaning technology and the requirements of running cost reduction of vacuum ultrafiltration membrane,the traditional mode of periodic replacement of ultrafiltration membrane in enterprises has gradually converted to off-line cleaning resuscitation. The pollutant species, content,pollutant distribution conditions in ultrafiltration membrane for sewage recycling is analyzed and evaluated comprehensively. Scheme of cleaning without membrane damage has been designed and applied,acquiring obvious cleaning effect.
