耐高温超滤膜深度处理高温凝结水试验研究

摘要:

针对常规超滤膜组件在高温凝结水处理过程中存在的耐温性差的问题,研究采用热致相分离(TIPS)法制备的PVDF超滤膜组件对高温凝结水进行处理。结果表明:在运行温度高达90℃,进水浊度为30~350 NTU,运行通量为35 L/(m2·h)的条件下,该膜组件可实现低压稳定运行;出水水质稳定,产水浊度≤0.1 NTU,SDI15(淤泥密度指数)≤5,可有效去除原水中的悬浮物和胶体,满足后续工艺要求;该膜组件经过碱洗和酸洗后,膜通量恢复性能良好,恢复率可达98%。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of poor temperature resistance of conventional ultrafiltration membrane in the process of high temperature condensate treatment, a polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) ultrafiltration membrane prepared by thermally induced phase separation(TIPS) was used to conduct an experimental study on high temperature condensate treatment. The results showed that the membrane module could operate stably at low pressure under the operating conditions of temperature 90℃, influent turbidity 30-350 NTU and operating flux 35 L/(m2·h). The effluent water quality was stable, the turbidity of water production ≤ 0.1 NTU, SDI15 ≤ 5, which could effectively remove suspended solids and colloids in raw water and met the subsequent process requirements. After alkaline and acid liquid cleaning, the membrane flux recovered ratio reached 98%.
