汽车发动机车间生产废水处理工程实践

摘要:

介绍了某汽车发动机有限公司车间生产废水处理工程的工艺流程、设计参数、调试和运行结果。该工程采用隔油/Fenton氧化/混凝/气浮/水解酸化/生物接触氧化处理工艺,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。工程实践表明:该处理系统具有处理效果稳定、操作简便、运行费用低等特点。

Abstract:

The process flow chart, design parameters, debugging, and operation results of the treatment project of wastewater from the automobile engine shop of a car engine company, Ltd. is introduced. The wastewater has been treated by the treatment process, oil separation-Fenton oxidation-coagulation-floatation-hydrolysis acidification-biological contact oxidation. In this case, the effluent quality could meet the requirements of the First Class Criterion Specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996). The practice indicates that the treatment process is characterized by stable treatment efficacy, simple operation, low operation cost and so on.
