Removal of 2, 4, 6-trinitro-1, 3, 5-trihydroxybenzene from wastewater by electrochemical oxidation process

摘要:

以Ti/IrO2为阳极,通过实验研究了电化学氧化法对2,4,6-三硝基-1,3,5-苯三酚(TNPG)的去除效果,同时考察了电流密度、极板间距、电解质浓度、TNPG初始浓度等运行参数对TNPG处理效果的影响。研究结果表明,电化学氧化法可以有效去除水中的TNPG,最佳运行工艺条件为电流密度20 mA/cm2、极板间距10 mm、NaCl质量浓度0.3 g/L、Na2SO4质量浓度0.5 g/L。在最佳运行条件下,当TNPG初始质量浓度为400 mg/L时,电解240 min,溶液COD去除率为65.4%;当TNPG初始质量浓度为50 mg/L时,电解80 min,溶液COD去除率为100%。

Abstract:

The removing effectiveness of 2,4,6-trinitro-1,3,5-trihydroxybenzene(TNPG) by electrochemical oxidation has been studied experimentally,by using Ti/IrO2 as its anode. The operating parameters, such as current density,electrode distance,electrolyte concentration, initial concentration of TNPG,etc.,have been investigated. The results show that TNPG in water could be effectively removed through electrochemical oxidation. The optimal operation conditions of the process are as follows:current density is 20 mA/cm2,electrode distance 10 mm,sodium chloride mass concentration 0.3 g/L,sodium sulfate mass concentration 0.5 g/L. Under these conditions,when the initial mass concentration of TNPG is 400 mg/L,and electrolysis 240 min,the COD removing rate reaches 65.4%; while the initial mass concentration of TNPG is 50 mg/L,and electrolysis 80 min,the COD removing rate is 100%.
