摘要:
为改善废水资源回用率低的现状,某尼龙化工有限公司采用“固定化微生物曝气滤池(3T-BAF)+混凝沉淀+砂滤+消毒”的处理工艺对尼龙化工生产废水进行深度处理并回用。结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,产水各项指标均满足该公司对回用水的要求,具有显著的环境效益。

Abstract:
To improve the situation of low reusing rate of wastewater resources,the treatment processs "BAF immo-bilized microbial processes(3T-BAF)+coagulation sedimentation+sand filtration+disinfection" has been used for the advanced treatment and reuse of the wastewater from nylong chemical production in a nylon chemical Co.,Ltd. The results show that the process runs stably,and every indicator of its effluent can meet the requirements for the reuse water,having significant environmental benefits.
