粉末活性炭再生技术研究进展

Research progress in the regeneration technologies of powdered activated carbon

摘要:

粉末活性炭(PAC)在饮用水脱色除嗅、深度处理及污水回用领域应用广泛。大量吸附污染物后的PAC若不经处理直接排放至环境,易造成二次污染,若作为污泥处置又将增加处置费用。因此,再生利用废弃PAC具有重要的经济效益和环境效益。分析了PAC再生时面临的问题,概述了目前PAC再生的传统方法(热法、湿式氧化法)和新方法(微波法、光催化法、磁性复合物法)的研究进展,综述了各个方法的优缺点及其应用前景。

Abstract:

Powdered activated carbon(PAC) has widely been applied to the fields,such as decolorization,odor removal and advanced treatment of drinking water,as well as wastewater reuse. However,if the PAC that has adsorbed a lot of pollutants is discharged directly to the environment without being treated,it may easily cause se-condary pollution. It would increase the disposal costs if the PAC was treated as sludge. Thus,regenerating the waste PAC has important economic and environmental benefits. The problems that PAC regeneration has to face are analyzed. The research progress in both traditional and new methods for regenerating PAC is summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of every method are overviewed.
