摘要:

基于自制CaCO3溶液临界过饱和度实验装置,通过测量加磁与未加磁对比实验的碳酸钙溶液电导率-滴定液容积,研究了电磁场作用对CaCO3过饱和度及成核诱导期的影响。在不同频率的电磁场作用下观察了CaCO3过饱和度及成核诱导期的变化,大量实验结果表明:在电磁场作用下,CaCO3的过饱和度减小,成核速率加快,成核诱导期减小。

Abstract:

Based on the self-made experimental device used for measuring the critical supersaturation of CaCO3 solution, the effects of electromagnetic field action on the CaCO3 supersaturation and nucleation induction period has been studied by comparative tests with magnetism and without magnetism on calcium carbonate solution conductivity-titration fluid volume. The influence of magnetic field effect on CaCO3 on the supersaturation and nucleation induction period is studied. The changes of CaCO3 supersaturation and nucleation induction period, under different frequencies and magnetic fields action, are observed. A large number of experimental results show that under the action of electromagnetic field, the supersaturation of CaCO3 decreases, nucleation speed increases, and nucleation induction period decreases.
