γ辐照联合曝气处理改善污泥脱水性能的研究

Study on the improvement of sludge dewaterability by gamma ray radiation and aeration treatment

摘要:

采用60Coγ射线辐照预处理城市污水处理厂剩余污泥, 通过污泥比阻的变化, 研究了辐照中污泥pH、辐照剂量以及曝气处理对污泥脱水性能的影响。结果表明:在γ辐照预处理中, 当pH为7左右时, 污泥比阻最低, 污泥脱水性能最佳;随着辐照剂量的升高, 污泥中可溶性有机组分和氨氮含量逐渐增大, 污泥比阻降低, 污泥脱水性能随之改善;经曝气处理后进行辐照, 能进一步降低污泥比阻, 显着改善污泥脱水性能。污泥比阻的变化服从一级反应动力学方程。

Abstract:

The residual sludge from an urban sewage treatment plant has been pre-treated by 60Co γ-rays irradiation. Through the changes of specific resistance of sludge, the effects of sludge pH, and radiation dosage during radiation, as well as the aeration treatment, on sludge dewaterability are studied. The results indicate that the specific resistance of sludge reaches the lowest and sludge dewaterability is the highest, when the pH is about 7 during radiation. The soluble organic components and ammonia-nitrogen component in sludge increase gradually with the increase of radiation dosage. The sludge dewaterability can be improved with the decrease of specific resistance of sludge. The results also show that radiation is conducted after aeration treatment, the specific resistance of sludge could be further reduced, and the sludge dewaterability could be improved significantly. The changes of specific resistance of sludge comply with the first order reaction kinetics equation.
