臭氧氧化处理含硫皮革废水的实验研究

摘要:

利用臭氧氧化法处理含硫皮革废水,研究了n(O3):n(S2-)、pH、反应时间对废水中S2-去除效果的影响。实验研究表明,臭氧氧化法可以有效去除废水中的S2-,且对COD也有一定的去除作用。在反应过程中n(O3):n(S2-)、pH、反应时间对S2-的去除率影响很大。在pH=7.5,n(O3):n(S2-)=0.5时,60 min时臭氧氧化法对S2-去除率可达96.24%。

Abstract:

The ozonation process has been used for treating the leather wastewater containing sulfide. The influences of n(O3):n(S2-),pH and reaction time on S2- removing effect are investigated. The results show that S2- could be re-moved effectively from wastewater by ozonation,and the COD can be removed to a certain degree,as well. In the process of reaction,n(O3):n(S2-),pH,and reaction time have great influences on S2- removing rate. The S2- remov-ing rate by ozonation method reaches 96.24% under the condit.
