高浓度纱管纸废水处理工程的设计与运行

摘要:

针对安徽某年产10万t纱管纸企业所排放的高COD、高SS及低氮磷含量废水,采用气浮-水解酸化-IC-曝气池工艺进行处理。运行结果表明,在合适的氮、磷营养配比条件下,COD去除率可达97%以上,系统出水水质稳定且各主要污染物指标均优于《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(CJ 343-2010)。对系统运行中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应措施,可为同类废水处理工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Aiming at the wastewater containing high COD,high SS and low N&P contents,discharged from a yarn tube factory producing 100 thousand tons per year in Anhui Province,China,it is treated by air floatation-hydrolysis acidification-aeration tank process.The running results show that the COD removing rate can reach 97% or more,under proper N/P ratio condition.The water quality of the system effluent is stable,and all the main pollutant indexes are better than the indexes specified in the Water Quality Standard of the Wastewater Discharged from Urban Drainpipes (CJ 343-2010).The problems existing in the system are analyzed,and corresponding measures brought forward,providing reference for wastewater treatment projects of similar kind.
