高铁酸盐氧化破解污泥的影响因素研究

Study on the influential factors of sludge disruption by ferrate oxidation

摘要:

采用高铁酸盐溶液氧化破解污泥,研究了高铁酸盐投加量、氧化时间、pH、初始污泥浓度对污泥破解效果的影响。结果表明,高铁酸盐溶液对污泥破解效果较好,当Fe(Ⅵ)投加量为1.0 mg/gSS时,比污泥SCOD释放量达到1.14 gSCOD/gMLVSS;碱性条件(pH为8~12)与高初始污泥浓度均有利于污泥的破解,但当污泥质量浓度大于最佳值6 192 mg/L时,污泥溶胞比达到最大,为39.7%,比污泥SCOD释放量降低;高铁酸盐溶液破解污泥的最佳反应时间为45 min。

Abstract:

Ferrate solution oxidation has been used for the disruption of sludge. The influences of ferrate dosage,oxidation time,pH and initial sludge concentration on the sludge disruption effect are studied. The experimental results show that sludge could be effectively oxidized by ferrate solution. When Fe(Ⅵ) dosage is 1.0 mg/g SS,the specific sludge release of SCOD reaches 1.14 g SCOD/gMLVSS. Alkaline conditions(pH=8-12) and high initial sludge concentration are both good for sludge disruption. However,when sludge mass concentration is higher than optimal value 6 192 mg/L,the sludge lysis ratio reaches the maximum value 39.7%,and the specific sludge release of SCOD is decreased. The optimal reaction time of sludge disruption by ferrate solution is 45 min.
