臭氧催化氧化法对尾矿淋溶液中氨氮的去除研究

Study on the ammonia nitrogen removal in tailings leaching solution by catalytic ozonation method

摘要:

采用臭氧-载铜活性炭催化氧化法处理黄金尾矿闭库淋溶液,探讨了活性炭在臭氧氧化过程中的作用机理及pH对臭氧催化氧化降解氨氮的影响。试验结果表明:催化剂的投加显著提高了氨氮的去除率。初始pH为9.57时,O3氧化对氨氮的去除率仅为54.38%,而投加活性炭和载铜活性炭后,氨氮的去除率分别提高到63.92%和70.67%;随着废水的初始pH由7.2增加到11.43,氨氮的去除率由28.35%增加到99.45%。

Abstract:

Ozone-copper-loaded activated carbon catalytic ozonation process has been used for treating gold tailings closing leaching solution.The influences of the mechanism and pH of activated carbon in the process of ozonation on the ozone catalytic oxidation degradation of ammonia nitrogen are discussed.The experimental results show that the dosing of catalysts can improve ammonia nitrogen removing rates significantly.When the initial pH is 9.57, the ammonia nitrogen removing rate by O3 oxidation is only 54.38%.However, after dosing activated carbon and copper-loaded activated carbon, the ammonia nitrogen removing rates are 63.92% and 70.67%, respectively.With the in-crease of initial pH from 7.2 to 11.43, the ammonia nitrogen removing rate increases from 28.35% to 99.45%.
