炼油厂含油污泥处理技术进展

Technical progress in the treatment of oil-bearing sludge in refineries

摘要: 针对目前炼油厂含油污泥产生量大、含油量及其他有毒有害物质高的问题,指出污泥无害化处理的必要性,提出了含油污泥的特性及处理的技术难点,对目前国内处理含油污泥的技术进行了介绍和对比,对技术的选择提出了建议。

关键词: 含油污泥, 热萃取, 湿式氧化, 超临界, 炭化

Abstract: Aiming at the problems that at present the amount of oil-bearing sludge production is large,oil content and other toxic and hazardous substances in refineries has been high,the necessity of implementing harmless treatment of sludge is put forward,the characteristics of oil-bearing sludge and technical difficulties in oil-bearing sludge treatment are pointed out,the present technologies of oil-bearing sludge treatment in China are introduced and compared,and the choices of technology are suggested.
