摘要:
从活性污泥中分离筛选到一株具有高絮凝性能的菌株ZY36,通过菌株形态、生理生化特征和16S rDNA测序分析,鉴定该菌株为巨大芽孢杆菌属。该菌株产生的絮凝活性物质为分泌型胞外物质,通过实验确定了最适絮凝条件,在此条件下进行放大实验,菌株ZY36发酵上清液对啤酒废水的COD去除率可达到94.68%。

Abstract:
Strain ZY36 which has effective flocculating capacity has been separated and screened from activated sludge,and identified as Bacillius megaterium by cell morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequencing analysis. The flocculating active substances produced from Strain ZY36 is a secreting type of extracellular material in the supernatant. The optimized flocculation conditions are determined by the single factor experiment. Under these conditions the scale-up experiment is conducted,and,as a result,the COD removing rate of brewery wastewater by the fermentation supernatant of Strain ZY36 can reach 94.68%.
